CrossFit

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.
These movements are all able to be modified to fit any individual who participates in the program. (Example: If someone can’t lift weights overhead because of past shoulder injuries the movement can be modified to only lifting to a certain point in which the member feels comfortable). CrossFit incorporates a strength cycle into class as well as a group workout.

Circuit Fit

CircutFit incorporates many of the same movements we use in CrossFit, but often with lighter weights. This program does not have a typical strength cycle incorporated with it, and is meant to keep an individual working and sweat over the entire class.


Kids Class

We create our own kids class workouts to ensure that movements are being taught and performed properly. They will learn all the same movements as an adult would in the normal CrossFit class, but scale back the weights and incorporate some drills for agility and balance as well. Because they are kids, we also like to throw in games and team workouts to make sure that they are having a good time.

Drop Ins

Are you only in town for a short time or are you looking to just simply try out CrossFit before making the 6 month commitment. Stop by Top Fuel to stay in shape while you are around! Dropping By is perfect for college students only in town for a few weeks during breaks or for business professionals that want to make sure their fitness levels don’t drop while they are on the road.
